Representatives from the New Jersey State Police and the NTSB,who responded to the ditching of US Airways flight 1549 and the Hoboken MidAir Collision, will discuss the operational and organizational challenges encountered in responding to these large-scale, high-profile, multi-agency/multi-jurisdictional accidents.
